Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This agreement outlines our responsibilities under UK GDPR where Weedoo Marketing Ltd processes personal data on behalf of clients:

• This applies when we manage websites, email systems, forms, analytics, or marketing data containing personal information.
• We act as a Data Processor and you are the Data Controller.
• We only process data on your documented instructions.
• We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
• We will notify you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach.
• Any third parties we use (e.g., hosting or analytics providers) are bound by similar data protection agreements.

This DPA is incorporated into our standard Terms and Conditions of Service.
